4. Who We Share Your Information With
We share your information with our MCS-certified installation partners for the purpose of arranging your survey and providing quotes. Your details are passed to them only with your consent and only for the purpose of providing your quote and arranging installation. We use Zapier to process form submissions and route your enquiry to our team. Zapier acts as a data processor on our behalf. Your information is transmitted to Zapier's servers and then forwarded to our team. Zapier does not use your data for its own purposes.
5. How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected:

- Completed or declined enquiries: If you do not proceed with an installation, or once an installation is complete, we retain records for up to 24 months for business administration and to respond to any follow-up queries, after which we delete or anonymise your data.
- Withdrawal of consent: If you ask us not to contact you further, we remove your details from our active contact lists promptly. We may retain a minimal record to action your request and to comply with any legal obligations.
Analytics data collected via GA4 is retained by Google in accordance with Google's data retention settings. We have configured GA4 to retain data for up to 14 months.
